This week students continued to work on writing their lesson plans, using the ASSURE Model, in their groups. They then began to brainstorm ideas on how they intend to create their blog for the specific topic as planned in their lesson.
Students were very unsure of how they were to design their blogs incooprating an aspect of the lesson they were planning. However, after reviewing past students' blogs, careful explanation and a demonstration of a blog created for the topic 'Colours' for Kindergarten students had a better idea of their task at hand, even though some were still perplexed.
Students will continue to work on their Lesson Plan and Blog during the next week.
Creating the blog and integrating it into the lesson plan has proven to be challenging. However I am pressing on to submit a finished project.
ReplyDeleteLast week I learn that the best type of learning is by discovery. I must say that this EDET course is advancing my critical thinking skills. I am learning alot by experimenting with stuff and it is really an enjoyable experience.
